What information we hold about you.
If you have bought something from us we will have your email address, phone
number, address and credit card details. Information is only used to help us
deliver the parcels and contact you or your delivery address.
Your credit card details are never stored.
Cookies

cannot harm your machine in anyway, as they are small text files with simple
information in them. You can see them as small text files inside your ‘Temporary
Internet Files’ folder in Windows. Our cookies keep track of the items in your
shopping basket and act as place markers when you move around the site.
You may experience problems with our site when you try to buy items. These are
usually to do with how you have set up your security settings in your web

If you have your Security Settings in Internet Explorer to ‘High’ you have
disabled cookies. Our site uses cookies to provide some features such as the
shopping cart and my account. To use the site you will need to set the security

What we do with your information?
In addition to processing your order, we also maintain an order history of your
purchases within our own database. This allows us to track your deliveries and
review your past’s purchases and help you should a problem occur. We may also
from time to time e-mail you with special offers. If you do not want to receive
e-mails you can disable them in your 'Account' section.
Who else sees your information?
We may have to disclose some of your information to service suppliers to help us
complete your order. These parties include Parcel Force and other couriers,
Transax, Credit card Code 10 authorisations and address checking software. Your
Consent by using our website is that you consent to us using personal
information, that you have given to R-Tec Auto Design LTD, and our trusted
partners, as outlined in this Privacy Policy statement.
Your Consent
We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card
information or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from
whom you may have linked to our site) without your permission. If you have
purchased from our store, subscribed to one of our newsletters and entered any
of our competitions, or advised us of your e-mail address, post & telephone we
may occasionally update you on news and special opportunities via e-mail, post &
telephone.
