By making a request/order you are offering to purchase a product that we will
accept to sell to you on the following Terms and Conditions. All requests are
subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Dispatch
times may vary according to availability and any guarantees warranties or
representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on
the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to
postal delays. R-Tec Auto Design Ltd is entitled to refuse any request made by
you. When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us
requesting goods or services are true and accurate, that you are an authorised
owner of the debit or credit card used to make your request, the address we are
sending the products to are the address where the debit ore credit card are
registered and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
It is your sole responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as
soon as possible. All prices advertised are subject to such changes without
notice.
Incorrect Pricing
Although we endeavour to keep all prices and information within the website up
to date and accurate at all times, on occasion manufactures and suppliers will
make changes without prior warning, for which we reserve the right to make
pricing alterations and changes to information displayed at short notice.
Prior to the receipt of invoicing goods, if a pricing error occurred though the
website or by quotation or enquiry or point of ordering we will endeavour to
maintain the price for you, but in circumstances where this is not possible we
reserve the right to inform you of this error and if you wish to proceed make
necessary amendments, prior to processing your order.
Illegal Products and the Law
Most products but not all products on our website clearly state if a product is road legal. It is upto the consumer to abide by the laws with respect to vehicle products we sell. Some rear lights and neons are not road legal or E-Marked. The law clearly states that any car with lights other than the colour red which can be seen from the rear of the car are illegal. Washer jet lights can also be illegal. Wheels that do not sit within the arches of your vehicle can be illegal. If found guilty of any listed crime or any crime not listed you could face a substantial fine. R-Tec Auto Design shall not be liable for any damages, fines or imprisonments you incur from installing any of our products.
